Shipping Policy

Processing Times range from 1-3 Business days for most products.

Return & Exchange Policy

Oopsies can happen – we're all human! If you spot any manufacturing quirks or damage upon arrival in your magical World of Color goodies, worry not! Our 30-day exchange policy has you enchanted. Treat your treasures with care, and return any magical mishaps in their original spell.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll weave our magic within 3 days. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement. You'll get an email notification when the enchantment is complete.

Our return policy is 'spellbinding.' We're here to make your world magical, not for a change of mind. If your expectations aren't met, we'll conjure up a solution for you. Just remember, no returns for a change of magical perspective!

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

*A 10% restocking fee will be applied to opened returnable products, along with the customer being responsible for return shipping costs.

*We advise customers to take responsibility for tracking and addressing any issues with their local courier once the order has shipped. While all orders are insured, if a package is deemed lost or stolen, we may issue a replacement order.


*Ensure your address is accurate with clear instructions, as no refund will be issued for packages delivered to the address given.

*World of Color™ is not liable for misplaced packages; kindly reach out to your local courier for assistance.

*Returned orders due to address error, will be charged a $10 shipping fee.
